For me personally the 1978 "ALIVE II" tour of Japan is the pinnacle of
what we could enjoy from the original 4 before they split up. This show
presented here is one of my all-time favorite audience recording of the
band. Sadly the version out there is brick-walled and compressed to a
pulp which causes listening fatique. I reintroduced peaks and valleys in
the sound, recreate the transients and the soundstaging, re-EQ'ed the
whole so it would sound as good as possible and it sounds like you were
actually there in the audience. This recording became one of the best
(Audience Recordings) out there IMO, if not only for the amazing
performances and the wild participation of the audience.
